Rickson’s advisory work often involves navigating complex legal and jurisdictional challenges, including Sharia law in estate planning. His ideal clients are growth-driven family business owners across the Middle East, Africa, and the Indian subcontinent, typically in their mid-40s to late 70s. He and his team regularly close 3x–4x Top of the Table cases, thanks to a finely tuned support system that allows him to take over 180 ‘free’ days off each year.

Outside client work, Rickson mentors’ advisors through specialized coaching programs. He is also a 2x Marathon des Sables finisher and Ironman athlete – living proof of his passion for full-potential living, both personally and professionally.
